Refund policy

Big Sky Lavender takes great pride in our products, and your satisfaction is our primary concern. If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be sent back to us within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item you received was damaged, in which case we will incur the cost to return the item.

When returning an item, please have a tracking number available from your shipping label. If the package gets lost and there is no tracking number, we are not responsible for the loss and cannot issue a refund.

Once the returned item is received, we will send you an email and issue a refund against the same payment method used when placing your order.
