Product quality: second to none.
Shipping: It was like unwrapping a Christmas present. Packed in pretty stuff with little samples and a lovely thank you card. I have never had an order arrive that someone took so much care in packaging before. It made my day!
Cost of shipping: beyond reasonable. Probably only Just covers the actual shipping costs, not to mention the packaging involved. Excellent.
